How much does live T-shirt printing cost in St. Louis?
St. Louis Photo Party T-Shirt Bar pricing is provided by custom quote and depends on station count, garment quantity, and upgrades. A standard package runs three hours with one production station and up to 75 standard T-shirts, scaling to six stations. Request a quote for exact pricing.
How many shirts can you produce during an event?
We plan production around approximately 25 finished garments per hour per production station. A six-station activation can therefore be configured for approximately 150 garments per hour under the planned workflow.
Can guests choose their design?
Yes. Guests select from a curated menu of pre-approved designs created specifically for the event or brand activation.
Can guests add their names?
Yes. Our optional Personalization Station can add approved names, numbers, initials, or other personalization.
Can you print our company logo?
Yes. Corporate logos, sponsor branding, campaign artwork, event graphics, and other approved designs can be incorporated into the activation.
Do you provide the T-shirts?
Yes. Standard packages include a specified quantity of shirts. Premium apparel, heavyweight shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jerseys, totes, and other garments are available as upgrades.
Can you handle large corporate events?
Yes. The Live Merch Bar can scale to as many as six production stations, with additional staff, inventory management, guest-flow management, and production oversight.
Do you print the transfers yourselves?
Yes. St. Louis Photo Party produces transfers in-house, giving our team greater control over event graphics, production preparation, and customization.
